My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jade is an extremely loving dog that ART rescued out of a very difficult situation along with her littermate and bonded sister, Trixie, and senior pug Phil (Phil is adopted). They were loved family dogs until the opiod crisis hit their home. They were surrendered to us in terrible condition and we immediately got to work on their recovery bathing all three and trimming their overgrown nails. They saw our veterinarian the next day. she is also a very lovable and playful girl. She and her sister Trixie play and snuggle all day. Jade is also a big love bug and she has the most adorable masked facial markings. She also has badly luxating rear patellas (bad knees) but is not slowed or stopped in her movement because of them. She’s not obese like her sister Trixie but has been losing some lbs as well to improve her prognosis. We love them both SO MUCH! They’re both housebroken and pee pad trained and get along well with other dogs and cats.
