Hello World,
My name is Joyful Jesse and I’m a sweet, handsome people-loving bichon of about six, who is thirteen pounds of love and a very lucky boy. I’m lucky because I’m a furkid!
I have a wonderful foster Mom and I get to play all day with my doggy foster brothers and sisters. They think I’m really neat and there are also several kitties in my home that really like me too. (My Mom recently took the cutest photo of me snuggling with one of the cats. Please ask her to show it to you!) Mom says I’m a guy who likes to cuddle – and snuggle! (She says I’m the one who likes to cuddle but I tell her it takes two!)

The best news is I don’t have to be alone (Didn’t I tell you I’m lucky!). I get to go on walks with the other dogs (I walk really well. Mom says I often trot as well.) And I like to sprint. I’m housebroken (no typo there!), not a marker, and could probably walk for miles. I also like to go for rides in the car. Anywhere you want to go is fine with me. I like long rides and short rides and am very, very good in the car.

I know basic commands (like Sit, Come Stay and Time to Eat), want to please and am SWEET in capital letters. I’m a pretty mellow guy overall, happy to take my cues from the others in the pack and happy to be included! Mom says I have big bright eyes that shine and smile – and I’m getting happier every day.

I enjoy being with my doggy foster siblings — and enjoy the company of people and other dogs. My Forever Home should have another furkid or two to play with. That would be really nice, too!
