Zulu #9951 is a 2-year-old male, Bullmastiff mix. This young man is very sweet once he feels comfortable; he is nervous meeting new people and in new environments. He is housebroken and crate trained, though he does not like the crate. He is very strong but, walks well on a leash. A home with a fenced in back yard is preferred. He knows basic commands: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kI8u4kk2DQc Once comfortable he tends to attach himself to one person. He can get very protective of that person, has usually been men. His foster family said that he does better if he has his person home, would be good for someone who is retired. He needs to feel comfortable but also he needs to know his place. He should be in a calm quiet home without children or other dogs. Breed experience in required. He can have a sensitive stomach sometimes and does well on a limited ingredient diet. He weighs 95 pounds and is full grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued
obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good
