Little Elsa appears to be a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix dog--that's just a guess! She is approximately 10 months old as of October 2018 and weighs 15 pounds. Elsa's elderly owner was unable to keep her so we are here to help Elsa find her forever home. Elsa gets along great with other dogs, kids and adults.
