Hi! I'm Billy and I need a home. My foster Mommy saved me from the streets of Houston where I was in rough shape and covered in fleas but I'm all better now! I'm around 9 months old and I love to party! I'm learning how to be the best little boy I can be but I still have that puppy energy! I'd love a home with a friend my size who also likes to party. I'm about 22lbs and have legs for days. I have yet to meet a dog or human I didn't like, including kids! I am however very interested in cats because I'm not quite sure what they are. Please help me find my furever home!
