Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxy is about 2 years old and was left behind when her person moved several states away. The house where Roxy had been living tried to care for her, but the family was in the middle of serious hard times and Roxy was not safe. The home where she had lived had a 2 year old child and a chocolate lab and Roxy was good with them. She is a catahoula mix pooch - maybe with Pitty or Staffy or who knows what - and is about 60 pounds. Roxy is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly and enjoys play time outside and then is ready for a nice nap. She is heartworm negative and we want her to stay that way so any potential suitor must have a good history of heartworm prevention for their current dogs (if they have any). Roxy would make a great exercise partner and is a really nice dog. Please ask about her today!
