My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Wilson (HWTH#18272A). He is a Great Pyrenees mix, DOB: 5/5/18. Wilson weighs 36 pounds and stands 19 inches at the shoulders now with more growing to do (he will be a very large dog when mature). He and his litter mates were rescued from the desert and have found their way to Halfway to Home so each can find the loving home they deserve. Wilson is a very sweet pup who appears to have a very mellow personality. He will probably be much more active once he is in his Forever home and is comfortable with his surroundings. Lots of love, good-quality human companionship, structure, playtime, exercise and training will be a must for this precious guy to reach his full potential as an awesome canine companion. When Wilson has thoroughly settled into his new home and has matured a little more, he will benefit from positive basic obedience training to help with leash training and other obedience commands as well as the bonding process. He should also be given an assortment of chew toys so he has an outlet for puppy chewing. Wilson is good with other dogs and is crate trained but will still need to be house trained.
