Hello! We are five kittens (4 boys/1 girl named McGonagill, Sharkey, Echo, Perry, and Dj)) born around June 1. 2018. We were living under a nice couple’s deck, they were feeding us and everything. We thought it was a pretty good gig but the couple wanted us to have a better life, so the MCSPCA trapped us and showed us that living at home is MUCH better than living outside. We are SWEET and full of purrs. We’ve already been spayed and neutered and are up-to-date on shots. We must either be adopted in pairs or into a home with another cat. We love people but also love the companionship of another cat – young or old.
My name is Sharkey, and I have no idea why I was named that . . . hold on, I need to nibble on one of my siblings. I’m the bravest of the bunch and also the most rough and tumble. Wherever we go in the house, I’m the first to explore and my siblings follow. I've bonded with Echo, and we need to be adopted together.
To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and either come to an adoption event or arrange to meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
