My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sandy. I am 45# Staffordshire Terrier mix puppy. I was abandoned in a house in Covington, KY. I was literally left to die without electric, food, or water. Before rescue, I had not experienced life outside my cockroach infested home. I had never been on a walk, played with other dogs, or even been to a vet.

Despite my past, I am such a sweet and friendly girl! I am only 12 months old so I still have some puppy energy. I have just learned how to “play” and I’m loving every minute of it! I am dog, kid, and cat-friendly. I am looking for a family to give me the loving home I deserve.
