My story

ADOPTION PENDING!!

Oscar (as well as Buddy) came to us from a Amish puppy mill/breeder auction. He is very loving, and super smart! He has attached himself to my hip. He has already learned (self taught) the doggie door. He will more than likely need some time in rescue to learn to be a dog, as neither of these boys even knew how to use stairs. They are learning to like being dogs, and getting treats, as well as snuggles on the couch. He needs to learn basic commands like NO, and go potty, and will need to be potty trained. (Possible Adopters need to know that they will need to have the time & patience to potty train him! Oscar is still ALL PUPPY. Dachshunds are notoriously hard to potty train, and he has lived in a cage his entire life until now)

Oscar is a red dachshund but his ACA paperwork lists him as a brindle (though I'm pretty sure he might just have brindle in his genes) Which doesnt matter anyway, as he has been neutered.
