Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please note breed and size at maturity are just our best guess. To meet this pet, please fill out an on-line adoption application which can be found on our website at www.angelsonwheels.org, and clicking on the applications tab. Our adoption applications are only on-line. If your seeing this post, this pet is still looking for a home and there is no need to email asking if available. Thank you!
Meet Hope who was born 7-14-2018, and we are guessing will be a Medium dog as an adult. As of 10-29-18 she weighed 19 pounds. Hope is an awesome dog who is very friendly and confident. She absolutely loves other dogs and would love a doggy sister or brother. She has a lot of puppy energy so may not be the best match for a senior dog. We are guessing she's a lab mix but that's just a guess as we really don't know what her mix is. Cats we are unsure since the foster has no felines, but most puppies will chase them to play. Given the pups age, she is not house trained so the new family will need to have the time to continue house training and socialization. She loves people, and would love an active family who will take her for walks and have plenty of play time. Since puppies can't be left for more than 2-3 hours, she will need a home where someone is home. Young puppies simply can't hold it all day and older puppies have a lot of energy and would not be happy being left in a crate all day.
Hope is being fostered in a home in Naperville. There are teen children in the home who she loves and the few small children Hope met out of the home she was great with. If there are small children in the home (7 and under), a physical fence in yard will be required....no underground containment systems. Naperville is where you and all members of the family including 4 legged dogs would go to meet her after an adoption application has been submitted and reviewed.
Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved. We don't have a building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes by wonderful families who volunteer their time to save these precious souls. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The adoption fee of $350.00 includes:
Spay which will be done on 10-31-18

Up to date with DHPP vaccination (3 so far and she will need one more)

Although we make the best guess on the breed and size of our dogs, because they come from shelters or are strays, we can never be completely certain of the genetic makeup of the dog. Breed and weight at maturity are only guesses. All we can tell you for sure is that they are 100% RESCUED! If an animal is still posted for adoption, he/she is still available. If you see this this post, this puppy is available for adoption so there is no need to email asking about availability.
Thank you for looking at our rescued animals!
