Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pidic is estimated to be three years old, neutered male who weighs about 18 lbs. Pidic was found roaming around residential apartment area with another dog when he was rescued in Korea. Rescuers said he looked so well kept that they waited for his people to come and get him. Sadly no one came to look for Pidic. Pidic is a sweet Spitz mix who loves to be with people and other dogs! Pidic is working on potty training at foster home, and is doing very well according to the foster mom. She also let us know that he is crate trained, and actually likes going in there. He LOVES people, and other dogs. He seems a little skittish with sudden movement, especially by a male, and may bark when those incidents happen. Pidic is current with a foster mom in Burke, VA, and can be seen through a private meet and greet. He received a clean bill of health from the vet, and he is ready to be adopted!
We believe people who adopt rescue animals because they are willing to accept a bit of imperfection, and willing to embrace, work/ train and love them no matter what baggage the animal had in the past. It can be challenging, but extremely rewarding. We have seen amazing transformation in our adopted dogs who have been with loving families, and it is our goal to provide all of them with the opportunity. We are at our happiest when we see photos of our adopted animals smile with the new adoptive family, and we hope to find Pidic a loving family who would do the same.
Please consider adopting Pidic and making him part of your family! If you would like to apply to adopt Pidic, you can download an application here:
You can MEET Pidic upon request or at one of our adoption event in the near future. We will post the exact date once we finalize the plan. Please refer to our facebook page for more info:
