My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toby is a pure bred Havanese. He was a puppy mill survivor and is still scared and will need time to come out of his shell after being handled roughly. He has a birth defect on his back leg and it doesn't bend, but he does walk on it. It is not painful for the poor guy.
