Hilda is a beautiful young pup with charming personality. She’s friendly, mellow and obedient by nature. Hilda loves to be with people; she gets along well with other dogs, with no food aggression, always patiently waited for her turn to eat. She’s aimed to please, follows commands well. Hilda has been through a lot with her mother, she’s faithful and loyal just as her mother. This sweet girl deserves a good home. Please watch her videos to learn more about Hilda!
Hilda’s rescue story:
Hilda’s mother was found in the countryside when she was late in pregnancy. A kind lady started feeding her regularly until she gave birth to five puppies. The lady had no room to accommodate them in her house, so she let the mother dog take care of her youngsters in a box which she set up under a big tree, so that the pups were able to stay with their mother until weaning time.
Soon the pups became more active and played in the farm fields; farmers started to complain, and they threatened to set poison around if the stray family stayed around their fields any longer. The lady had no choice but to send the stray family to a remote mountain area hoping they could survive on their own. However, the mother and her puppies returned to the same area the next day. The lady had to send them further away; but surprisingly, the mother and her puppies managed to come back again. The same episode repeated 4 times, so the lady decided to take this stray family to shelter.
The shelter staff asked us for help to give this amazingly loyal mother and her babies a second chance of a good life she so deserves. We responded to the call and started preparing the stray family for adoption. Hilda is one of the lucky puppies!
