Meet Derek, aka Baby Boy. This kitten is very special and close to my heart and will take a special person to be approved. Derek was one of the last kittens to be safely caught from their deplorable conditions. At such a young age this sweet boy was terrified of humans. When we caught him and his sister they were severely ill and required emergency care. His sister unfortunately passed away and two months of fighting with this little guy and he is finally healthy and playful with the others. This boy is now a full on teddy bear. This boy will attach himself to you and not want to let go. But he is also the very best hide and seek player you'll ever meet. He has no long term health conditions other than being quite small. All kittens/cats adopted from Edgar County Humane Association have received their feline distemper (FVRCP) vaccine and their rabies. They have been dewormed, flea treated, and medically cared for to good health. All kittens/cats are spayed or neutered as well. We aim for well rounded and healthy cats before sending them to new homes. Our cats are exposed to dogs and other cats and receive lots of socialization.
