My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Missy! My friends at the rescue say I am a Miniature Schnauzer mix. You see, they weren't sure at first because I didn't have much hair when they rescued me from the city shelter. My daughter and I were not in very good shape when were picked up off the streets of Houston, Texas as strays by the doggie police. We were shelter favorites and our caretaker at the shelter specifically asked the rescue to take us out of there and under their wing so we could heal and find only the very BEST of forever homes. My hair has grown back and I have to say, I am one gorgeous lady! ;) I am a laid back and easy going girl, who loves, loves, loves to cuddle with my foster mom. I do great with older kids, but I think I would like a more calm environment. They think I am 5-6 years old and I weigh 15 pounds. I am house trained and crate trained. I love squeaky toys and will play with the other dogs, big and small, in my foster home. My favorite thing is "Netflix and chill" with my foster mom, though! That is the life! I have been fully vaccinated and spayed and I am ready to find my forever family! **Missy is currently in her foster home in Houston, Texas.
