My story

Nina is an adorable Pug mix, 13 pounds and possibly 5-6 years old. She walks nicely on leash and quickly learned to fast-walk alongside a slow- moving bike (
she easily goes a mile in appropriate weather). Nina is shy initially with people but warms up shortly. She is a "slow-go" with other dogs. They worry her
but presently she co-exists with 6-7 other dogs. She does not play with other dogs. Nina has a little separation anxiety and has improved greatly, but still
has a tendency to bark when alone, so apartment living would not work. She has not been destructive. Nina likes food (see her pictures-exercise and portion
control worked)! Nina loves to cuddle and kiss and sometimes reaches up with her paw to touch a face. Nina has no known experience with children or cats.
