My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otto was found in a bus terminal parking lot. He came running over to the person who rescued him and was easily popped into the carrier. Otto was someone's friend at some point because he was neutered but had no microchip. He needs to be in a home with at least one other cat since he loves to play and a human who is willing to donate their lap to him for hours everyday.
