My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snickers is a 3 year old short haired brown tabby. She came to us from a hoarding situation. Snickers is a nervous cat and will need someone who is willing to work with her to build her confidence. She would like to be in a patient and loving home, with adults only, that will take the time to work with her to break out of her shell and become the loving cat she strives to be.

Location: PAAWS RI, Warwick, RI

At PAAWS RI, all of the cats that come into our care are spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, microchipping, testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and a fecal test.

Our shelter is located at 2944 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886. You are welcome to visit during the following hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm-3pm, and Saturdays 10am-12pm. Very young kittens are in foster homes, not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting a younger cat/kitten please fill out our adoption application for pre-approval.

We have an Adoption Open House every Saturday from 10 am to 12 noon. Same day adoptions available to those who bring a completed adoption application, a current lease or proof of home ownership, and up to date veterinary records. We hope to see you there!
