Clark was brought to us from Louisiana after surviving Hurricane Gustav. Despite his traumatic ordeal, he remained so upbeat and about the happiest little puppy like guy you could ever meet. Clark needs to have a fun home and one who likes to go out and enjoy social activities. He so enjoys people and having a good time.
