Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Munchkin is being fostered in Houston. She is an 8-year-old wire haired terrier. She is spayed, chipped, and up-to-date on vaccines and preventive meds. Vet said she has excellent teeth, and might be a little younger than 8. Munchkin was found as a stray with no collar or chip. She likes to bounce and run with the neighbor's male Dachshund, and gets along with a female Australian Shepherd. Munchkin is super chill and very low maintenance! She has been sweet, gentle, and friendly with both men and women. Untested with small children or cats, but suspect she would be fine. She is house-broken, and barks at the door to be let out. She has been left for 6-7 hours with run of the house, and had no potty accidents or displays of anxiety or destructive behavior, so would be fine for a working family. Munchkin is 27 lbs, very close to her ideal weight of 25 lbs. She is crate trained, sleeps overnight in a closed crate, naps in an open crate, and is fed in a crate. The crate is her comfy place, and she will pace if the crate door is closed when she wants in. She currently takes two very leisurely walks around the block per day, where she sniffs each mailbox post thoroughly! But she is fine just going in the back yard too. She hunts in deep grass and finds many buried acorns and cicadas to eat - so she is aptly nicknamed 'Munchy!' She is treat motivated. She absolutely LOVES car rides! She also loves to lie in the sun and roll in the grass. She would be fine with or without a submissive dog of similar size. All she needs is her furever person to love!
