Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.

The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Duke is a lab mix around 4 months old and was found down by the coast in Alabama. Duke was hanging out at the fosters in-laws house when she came to visit. He'd been there for days and when she packed up to come home to central Alabama, she packed him up too. He's a cute little boy, and loves her dogs. He was skinny, so she got some fat on him and now he needs to find his own home.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.

If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.

We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
