Can you believe how handsome Oscar is? This little guy has a curious spirit and loves to play. Oscar is a total lap cat when he starts getting sleepy. Oscar can be a little bit shy, but he warms up quickly. Oscar lives in his foster home with a dog friend and two cat friends!
