Posted 12/18/06. Big Cracker's name came about due to his resemblance to another dog, Cracker, we had in rescue that was much smaller. He is approximately 1 year old (as of December 2006) and weighs about 25-30 pounds.

Big Cracker is quite rambunctious and active and exhibits much of the traits of a Jack Russell Terrier. He is good with other dogs, but can sometimes get that 'terrier' attitude with them...especially when he is excited. He is very people friendly...to a fault...in that he wants to jump all over people so his adopter must be prepared to address this behavior. We have been working to correct it, but he needs more one on one time. He is a dog that will need quite a bit of exercise so he may be suitable to someone who would like to have a companion during their walking or running exercise routine.

Big Cracker is neutered and up to date with all vaccinations. His adoption fee is $90.
