Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hopper is a 1 year old double merle Aussie. She is DEAF and has limited vision. She is touch command trained and responds well. She also can see large movements and responds to hand signals as well. Because of her impairments she can be a little slow to warm up to new people. She is super duper sweet and loving once she knows you. She LOVES to play with other dogs, so a playful, submissive dog her size would be ideal. She is dog, cat and kid friendly. House and crate trained. Enjoys car rides and walks nicely on leash. She MUST have a fenced yard and remain on leash anytime outside of the home. No exceptions! Hopper has been given scent work training and has attended an AKC trial. She is looking for a home that will continue to stimulate her love of learning. To ensure a successful transition, we ask that potential adopters be within reasonable driving distance to allow continued support from her current foster and trainer.
