My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Checkers is an 11 month old black male with natural ears. His family took him to the shelter because the husband was being deployed overseas. Checkers is a sweet and playful puppy, but he's also very well mannered for such a young dog. He has lived with another Great Dane and children from the ages of 5-11 years old. We do not believe he has lived with a cat, but he wasn't very interested in them at the shelter. He is house and crate trained. Checkers came to MAGDRL in April 2009.
