Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.
The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

This pretty mom and her puppy were picked up by a good Samaritan at a hunting club, fending for themselves. The folks brought Lulu and her puppy home and they stayed in their yard until our rescue could pick them up.
Mom and puppy are in a foster home, learning what it's like to be loved and cared for.
Mom is very sweet and young, about 10-12 months old. She just wants to have a soft place to lay her head and a full tummy and she'll be the best companion.
Lulu will be ready to travel and be in the New England area on Saturday, September 22nd.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
