Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.

The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Si was found roaming, scared and hungry about 2 months ago at the fosters work. Everyone started feeding him and in no time he made friends.

Si is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, he weighs about 45lbs and he’s ready to head north to his forever home.

Si is great with all dogs, cats and kids. His favorite thing to do is relax and lay on your bed.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.

If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
