Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.

The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Marley was found dodging in and out of traffic and starving here in Alabama. A nice lady stopped and picked him up and took him home. The owners were never found, and she didn't have the heart to take him to the animal shelter where chances are high he would've been euthanized for space.

Marley is a sweet, gentle pup. He's about 1 1/2 - 2 years old. He sleeps in his crate well and doesn't have accidents. He's almost house trained. He loves stuffed animals and being petted. Marley loves attention and having a safe home and all the food he can eat, he needs to gain weight. Poor Marley is so skinny from fending for himself while he was on his own. He gets along well with the little dog he lives with.

Marley is looking for a yard to run and play in and maybe a friend or 2.

Marley is ready to travel up north. Please ask to speak to his foster mom.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.

NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.

If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
