Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Harper is currently located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.
Harper was saved from a fast kill animal control facility. She looks like a hound mix of some sort. She is primarily red with with white socks and white on her chest. We guesstimate that she is over one year of age....maybe a 1-1/2 years old and weighing around 33 pounds. Harper is a sweet, gentle, loving and otherwise wonderful dog. She loves playing with toys and other gentle dogs. Harper appears to have had some training. She is good in the house and knows how to sit. She is house trained and crate trained. Harper loves people and wants to sit on the couch with you, preferably in your lap. She is also has no problems jumping right up in your bed. Harper must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.
Harper is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is negative for heartworms and current on heartworm and flea preventative. Harper has a $450.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport to Strasburg VA or Hagerstown MD.
