Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dawson is a super fun, athletic dog. He loves walks and car rides and just being wherever his person is. He would make a great jogging/walking partner or explorer as he has lots of stamina and enthusiasm for the outdoors. He is a quiet dog and listens well. Dawson is treat motivated and eager to please so training will be easy, he already knows the 'sit' command. Dawson has good manners, doesn't mind being crated for trips to and from the vet, and takes treats nicely. He did excellent with children at a recent adoption event. He ignores the cats in their cages but caution should be used when introducing him to any resident cats until it is known for sure that he will leave them be. Dawson has a very rough play style and tends to frighten other dogs. He doesn't seem to know when to quit so playful wrestling can escalate into a fight. For this reason we are seeking a home without other dogs or possibly a home with a calmer dog that is larger than him. Resident dogs should be brought to the pound for a meet-n-greet before adoption to be sure they are a match. Dawson is between 2 and 3 years old, vaccinated and neutered.
