Ratz, and his friend, Coco, were surrendered to a small town Texas shelter by their owner and they were out of time. They were very scared being in that loud place! Ratz and Coco have been fully vaccinated, spayed and neutered and are ready to find forever homes with families that will love and cherish them forever! Ratz's adoption fee is $650 (that includes ground transport from Houston, TX to the Hartford, CT area). Transport is arranged to adopter upon finalizing the adoption. He has been neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped so he is ready to go! **This dog is currently in his foster home in Houston, Texas.
