My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Treena is a petite (maybe 12 lbs) little spit fire. She is ready to be in your lap or your bed everyday. She loves cats and doesn’t mind dogs and kids as long as they aren’t too rowdy. Her favorite thing to do is to go on short walks around the block, she has to tee-tee on everything. It has taken a long time in her foster home, but she enjoys sitting in your lap and getting belly rubs or head pats. She is very good about going potty outside as long as you stick to her schedule. While it might take her a while to warm-up, once she has she will be your best friend for life. Don’t let the gray on her face fool ya, she has a lot of life left in her. She doesn’t bark at anything except the doorbell or knocking, but after a moment or two she will quiet down. When on walks or at a friends house she tends to be pretty social and loves to get some snuggles from other people. While she isn’t a huge fan of strangers in her home, she has never growled or nipped at anyone. She usually just stays in another room until she is comfortable to come out and then she will be like velcro to you until they leave. She has been spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped so she is ready to go! **This dog is currently in her foster home in Houston, Texas.
