My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Auggie is almost 11 months old. His mom was a pure breed chihuahua (unsure of how true that is) and dad was a wired haired chihuahua and dachshund mix. Auggie is very high energy and loves to play. He needs a home with a yard or a family who has time to take him on frequent walks or dog park trips. He loves to sit on or next to you while he chews on his toys. He is a big chewer and will frequently chew on things he know he shouldn’t. He is house trained and knows how to jingle a bell (hangs from the door knob) to let us know he has to go potty. He is very smart and learns fast. He can sit, lay down and give you his paw. He needs more behavior/obedience training. I believe he would be the greatest dog if his owners could spend more time with him and afford (time/money) to train him properly. He gets along well with dogs from the small interactions that’s he’s had but shouldn’t live with cats. He doesn’t know when to leave the cat alone. He is a very sweet boy overall.
