My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilac is our 3-4 month old shepherd mix puppy with the sweetest face. She weighs 22 pounds and we think she will be a medium sized dog when grown.
She is spayed and up to date on all immunizations. Lilac is a sweet, friendly girl. Well socialized, she loves everyone. Extremely smart. She could be trained for anything. She would be excellent at agility.
Great off leash and LOVES to hike. She will stay right with you. no leash necessary.

Lilac lives in a home with numerous other pups and gets along well with all of them. She is playful, happy and loves to play with the other rescue dogs.

She is a very happy dog and LOVES snuggle and give kisses. She would love to be a lap dog.

If you are interested in giving Lilac a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

Lilac's adoption donation is $525 which helps to cover her spaying, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), rabies, flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and cost of transport.

ALL OUR DOGS JOURNEY BEGINS IN TENNESSEE

Lilac is currently fostered in the Memphis, TN area on a horse farm. She will travel to her new home once she has been adopted. We use a weekly pet transport service to the northeast. Pick up is available in MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, VT.
There is twice monthly transport to the Chicago area.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
Thank you for considering one of our rescue dogs.
