My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Everyone meet Gretta! She is a good girl, a talker and she loves people. She is a wiggle butt bull dog/staffy terrier mix about 2 yrs old and weighs 51 pounds. She is heartworm positive.
Gretta has finished her slow kill treatment of doxycycline and is on hartguard monthly to complete the process and to prevent more. She was spayed on September 5th and we learned through xray that she had been hit by a car and sustained an injury before being taken to the Bertie shelter. So as not to aggravate the past injury I would suggest her to be the only dog in the home. Calm kids will be a wonderful match as she is an absolute love bug to people. http://www.ventosakennelnc.com/ Ventosa Kennel out of Scotland Neck has graciously offered sweet Greta training!!! A big thank you to them for their kindness! She has now graduated from Ventosa's K9 Obedience training! The last name on her training certificate can be changed to match the adopter. She also has 5 additional training sessions with Ventosa! She has alot of life to live and so much love to enrich your life with! Don't miss out on this sweetheart! Fully vetted Adoption fee is $175
