Super stud coming through! We think it is time for all of you to meet Tiko. Tiko is the little boy that passersby are inclined to say, “awe...cute doggie" as he is teeny with a whole lot of mushy sweetness on the inside. Beyond just being little, Tiko is also extremely cute. He’s around 1 year old and a solid 10 lbs.

Tiko is looking for someone that can show him the good life. He was found wandering the street, dodging cars and bigger dogs. We are under the impression he has been alone for a while and is soaking up the attention he so deserves. Now that he’s in foster care he is an active, happy boy who is loving all the attention he’s finally getting. He truly loves his human and is learning that he has to share. After being so alone for so long, we suspect Tiko thinks that he is not going to lose this new person. But he is smart and he is learning to share…Good Boy.

Despite a bit of jealousy with the sharing, Tiko is great with other dogs and would love a playmate and is good with kids too. He’d love a fenced in yard and a lap to curl up into in the evenings. He, like all our wonderful dogs, just needs some people in his life to spoil and adore him. Tiko wants to be the object of your love and attention. He wants a soft bed, lots of cookies, belly rubs and people who think that the sun rises and sets with him. Tiko is a nice little guy looking for a good life. He’s in the market for a foster or adoptive family.

No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS)

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
