Meet "BUBBLES" . .. a big "hunk of love" kitty, that is oh so sweet and gentle, too!
This big guy came from a rough situation before he was relinquished to us. But, he has proven himself to be such a loving, even tempered boy. The more time you spend with Mr. Bubbles, he just eats it up and becomes more outgoing. Bubbles will easily let you hold him and even likes to lick your arms and hands. Bubbles is very good with other FEMALE cats, but not recommended for a home with other male cats.
We are also looking for a foster home or a "foster to own' home, located here in So. Orange County. Bubbles and Trixie really needs more socializing and love, then we have time to give him. We provide food and medical care for all our foster homes. We also offer a "foster to adopt" program.
You will see that in the last photo, Bubbles is with another cat. . . . this was from his previous "home". We would really love to adopt these two together as they are bonded. "Trixie" is a much shyer girl and would need a home that would lovingly accept her and work with her. Since she and Bubbles came her in the summer of 2018, she has made a lot of progress with me. . . and I really didn't try that hard. I can now pet her, pick her up and even medicate her to give her oral flea medication.
We don't know how Bubbles does with dogs. .. as he has never been around them. He is very laid back though and if the dog is calm, we think he would be fine. But Trixie might have a harder time with a dog, unless the dog is calm, older and quiet. Quiet older children would probably be okay; no small children.
Bubbles is very healthy with a beautiful coat, clear eyes and great stools. He has been vaccinated, neutered, treated for fleas and de-wormed. He tested negative/negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV. He will be microchipped before adoption. Ditto for Trixie! Two of the healthiest cats we've ever taken in. Both are approx. 4 1/2 years old.
Since we REALLY want to adopt Bubbles and Trixie together if possible, we are willing to adopt both cats for our normal adoption price of $100. (or $50 each)
