Quiet, calm Finnegan is a casual guy who would love to hang out with some new human friends. He enjoys leash walks, squeaky toys, rawhide bones, balls, and having his ears scratched.He easily walks on a loose lead beside his person, so it would be a pleasure to take him on evening walks, weekend hikes, or runs. Finnegan doesn't get overstimulated by people or other dogs he passes on trails. Once he has been introduced to another social dog, he walks easily on a double leash with one walker. It speeds up morning or evening walks when you can walk more than one dog at the time. He ignores horses in foster care, but isn't trustworthy off leash around cats. This mannerly dog politely sits and waits for his food bowl after his walk. He aims to please! Finnegan's short, low maintenance coat and calm, respectful disposition make him a great indoor companion. He's received appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchip, vet exam, and neutering. Finnegan takes monthly heartworm prevention like all dogs should do. Finnegan is two years old. Fur is chocolate colored. His gentle eyes are golden brown.
