Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
THAY (GEORGIA)
Thay (pronounced TAY) is a 3 year-old (estimated), 8-pound Yorkie boy being fostered in Suwanee, GA.
Poor Thay was picked up by animal control and off to the shelter he went. UYR was contacted by another rescue group who was full to see if we could help so with multiple rescue hands working together we were able to work TOGETHER to save one more!
Thay is not the same dog who came to us a week ago matted, smelly and scared to death. He was nipping at his foster Dad and tried trying his best to run. We feared he had a traumatic experience with a male because he seemed to be much more comfortable around women. But after only one short week Thay’s true self has emerged and he is a sweetheart. There are no longer any traces of snippiness and he's all puppy play, snuggles and belly rubs. He does not like cats but he does well with his foster siblings. Thay is not completely house-trained so he wears a belly band for now. He is now crate trained, knows his new name (though his foster Dad calls him Tay-Ter-Tot) and he loves walks! We think Thay would be happiest in a home without small children. He will need humans willing to be patient with him and help him perfect his house-training skills. If you think you are Thay’s perfect person then apply to adopt him today! Any questions please email foster mom at edwin@housingfriends.com
