Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownie was found wandering around with a big chain dragging behind. Nobody has claimed him so the people who found him are looking for a new home for him. He is now neutered and up to date on all his shots. He is a great little dog and loves to be pet and talked to. He just started playing and is great with the other dogs.
