Rascal is a mellow boy from Texas looking for his forever home. He loves playing fetch and hiking with his people. He has been friendly with all people and dogs we've introduced him to. He hasn't been around cats or kids. Rascal is 1 year old and 50 pounds. He's neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. He's being fostered in Skagit County and his adoption fee is $330.
