Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper was very loved by his first owner but sadly she wasn’t in a position to keep him. Cooper is a big sweetheart that just wants attention and to be petted. He is a large, 8 year old tri-colored collie. Although he is a bit older, he still has lots of energy and wants to play with people and other dogs. However, he can get a bit pushy with the dogs at his foster home. We think he might be best as the only dog in the household, but he may fit in with a larger, playful male dog. (He is a bit too pushy for small dogs and sometimes mounts females.) He might also not work well with small children or seniors who are unsteady on their feet. He is so sweet that he tends to act like a big baby and wants to be with you and leaning into you! He can also be quite talkative (barking) at people hen he wants attention. He is housebroken, neutered and up to date on shots. Unfortunately , he has a seizure disorder and will need to remain on regular medication to keep it checked. He seems good on a leash but may pull at times so might need a strong hand to walk him. He does know basic commands. He is probably too pushy for cats but hasn’ been tested with them much.
