My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toby is about 7 or 8 years old. We got Toby when my daughter could not keep him. He was abused by someone before my daughter got him, so he can be a bit skitish. Ideally he needs a home without small children, who understand that when he goes away from them he needs a time out, like kids 10 years or older. He has been crate trained and does well on a leash. He does not like haircuts, but does ok with a bath. He is good with both dogs and cats and thinks he is bigger than he is. When he is scared he may growl and snap. He can get up on couches, beds and laps. His shots were just done. He just finished an antibiotic and de-wormer as a precaution (tested positive for hookworm antigen, but no worms visible). Thank you for your interest in him.
