Hello! I am Frangelica, a Ragdoll mix who looks like Grumpy cat, but I'm not! I am a deaf kitty. I would like to be an only pet cause I am very bossy and want to own my people. I am quite territorial about my space. I am very happy, loving, adorable, and will come when called. I am extremely outgoing and my foster says I am a loud talker.
