Hi! My nmae is Penelope and I am a 3 years old Chihuahua who loves to play and curl up in your lap. I must be the only dog in the home and I don't really like little children, teenagers are ok as long as they are nice. I was given to the sanctuary because my previous owner got a divorce and neither one of them wanted to keep me. What is a divorce and why was I the one to be without a family?I like to play and have fun but most of all I would love to have a home of my own,oh,oh, yeah did I mention that I loovvee belly rubs?
