URGENT URGENT URGENT
Teddy is in urgent need of an experienced foster home. He will need some training and daily work with his behavior.
He is about 15 pounds and has a horrible time of things so far in his life. He needs to be placed as soon as possible with someone who is NONE and willing to work with him.
He is neutered and UTD with all vaccines. He gets along with other dogs and cats.
