My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phillip was rescued after he wandered up to an elderly woman's front door. This sweet boy absolutely loves being around people! He is very people oriented and has never met a stranger he didn't like. He also loves getting belly rubs and playing with other dogs. He is currently in obedience training at the Randall L Williams prison facility in Pine Bluff, AR.
