Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*MEET BARKLEY**
Barkley is a 2 year old pocket pittie girl. She is a brindle beauty. She is 38 pounds of spunk. She is super playful but mellow and loving all in one! She absolutely LOVES to run like a maniac in her fenced in backyard at her current foster home. She has 4 other pittie foster siblings and 2 human sibilings! Barkley gets SO excited and happy when her human kids get home from school everyday and will attack them with kisses! She loves to play and wrestle around with with her other doggie foster sibilings. She is good with eating around other dogs, no aggression towards anyone or any other dog AT ALL. She is just so happy to have a foster family but really wants her own family. See Barkley was DUMPED at the boat dock in Norwood. Her owners clearly did not EVER show her love, compassion, and threw her out like trash. Many of you were helping feed her. She had been bred and had her pups taken away while she was still lactating (presumed after examination at vet). She WAS skin and bones but now she is healthy, up to date on all shots, on flea and heartworm preventative, and is scheduled to be spayed in 2 weeks. She is great around everyone. She is crate trained. Does good walking on a leash and rides like a champ! She LOVES treats, and food in general (LOL). Barkley is working on house training but is 90% where she needs to be. This gentle mama deserves to be shown what LOVE really is. Barkley is such a sweet girl and from her foster "I can not believe someone would toss just a gentle, loving, sweet dog! She is so calm and compassionate. She just liked to follow me and the kids around and give kisses."
