Hi! My name is Diesel. I am 4 years old and I recently came to the HCHS when my family could no longer care for me. Leaving your home and coming to the shelter can be scary, but I am feeling lots of love from the staff. I hope if you are reading this you will share with everyone, I would love to find a family to love me forever.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been around children, but I am not good with cats. I do well with other dogs unless I am on a leash. I tend to get a little territorial and I tend to pull a bit on a leash. I just need a little help, but I am a quick learner...maybe you can work on that with me? I have been crate and house trained. I become a bit nervous with lots of commotion. I hate going out in the rain (not a fan of water in my face).

I really have so much love to give and I know the right person is waiting for me...help me make the love connection and share my story!
